Pause For Thought
What an unsettling couple of weeks we've all had. The terrorist attacks have without doubt affected everyone in one way or another and leaves many of us traumatised and distressed.
Any of our followers from Bridgnorth or surrounding area cannot fail to know it was the Bridgnorth walk yesterday. 22 miles from the High Street to the top of Brown Clee and back again. For those not accustomed to our area it's up and down hills the whole way, as someone said to me yesterday "even the flat bits are on a hill!"
